Personally I rather have my experience go up than my standing. It doesn’t really say much as a player; but I digress.

It’s actually better for your standing to go up when your experience is lower. The higher your exp is, the harder it is for your standing to go up (or down). And people who screen prefer to see the high standings. If you have Sublime/Able, no one is going to higher on the assumption you booch that puzzle every single time. :x

Little know fact:

But especially surprising is the pirate part.

Also— sometimes, it’s easier to bilge when there’s full bilge on the ship. Your pump gets shinier faster (especially when you clear the crabs)

You need a barnacle-load of combos to do it :\
